Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 8, 2026
Product: ParityPT (by MayorSec Security)
Contact: privacy@paritypt.com / joe@paritypt.com

This Privacy Policy explains how MayorSec Security (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with ParityPT and related websites and services (the “Service”).

1. Scope

This Policy covers personal information and customer data processed when you visit our marketing site, create an account, administer tenants, run assessments, or contact us. It does not cover third-party websites or tools you use outside the Service.

2. Information we collect

Account and organization data

  • Name, email address, organization/tenant name, role
  • Authentication data (password hashes; MFA secrets if enabled)
  • Billing and plan-related information (including upgrade requests and payment processor identifiers if billing is enabled)
  • Invite tokens and acceptance records

Assessment and security-testing data

  • Assessment names, schedules, settings, selected checks/APT chains
  • Agent tokens, magic links, download events, and run metadata
  • Host identifiers (e.g., hostname, OS/architecture), timestamps, check outcomes
  • Evidence and artifacts submitted by agents or operators (command output, logs, screenshots, attachments)
  • Audit events related to administrative and operator actions

Technical and usage data

  • IP addresses, browser/user-agent data, approximate request metadata
  • Application logs needed to operate and secure the Service
  • Cookie or similar session identifiers required for authentication

Communications

  • Support requests, sales/upgrade messages, and email delivery metadata when SMTP is configured

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data. Please do not upload unrelated personal data (HR files, medical data, etc.) into evidence fields.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service
  • Authenticate users and enforce access controls
  • Run assessments, store results, and display guidance
  • Send transactional messages you initiate or that are required for the Service (e.g., account invites). Marketing email, if any, will be optional
  • Process plan changes, billing, and customer support
  • Monitor abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Improve product reliability and documentation
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms

4. AI processing

If AI features are enabled for your tenant, selected assessment content and evidence may be transmitted to a configured model provider (for example OpenAI or another provider you or we configure) to generate verification or analysis text. Do not enable AI features for data you cannot lawfully send to that provider. Provider processing is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy commitments.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, error/logging, LLM APIs, payment processors)
  • Your organization — administrators and invited users within your tenant can access tenant data according to their roles
  • Professional advisors under confidentiality obligations when needed
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
  • Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

We retain account and assessment data for as long as your tenant remains active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. You or your administrators may delete certain resources in-product (for example assessments or tenants, subject to role permissions). Residual backups may persist for a limited period.

7. Security

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a multi-tenant security-testing platform (access controls, encrypted transport, secret hashing, audit logging). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting agent tokens, magic links, and host access.

8. International transfers

The Service may be hosted in the United States or other regions where we or our processors operate. If you access the Service from another country, you consent to processing in those locations subject to applicable safeguards.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Tenant administrators can often fulfill account-level requests in-product. Contact privacy@paritypt.com for privacy requests. We may need to verify your identity and, for organization accounts, route requests through your admin.

You may opt out of non-essential cookies where we offer that control. Essential session cookies are required for signed-in use.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where practical. Continued use after the effective date means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
